It is with great honor and privilege that I, Haruna Muhammad, the National President of the Nigeria National Association of the Deaf (NNAD), stand before you today to deliver this welcome address and goodwill message at the All Africa People with Disabilities’ Arts Festival 3.0, here in Abuja, the heart of our nation.
The theme of this festival resonates profoundly with the values and aspirations we uphold in the Deaf and disability communities.
